plant hormones, detecting of indole-3 acetic acid level, ethylene production; determination of H2O2 level by a fluorimetric method and DAB staining; measurement of antioxidant enzyme activities (SOD, CAT, POD, GR, GST, GPX, AO, XDH, ALR); investigation of the effect of drought, osmotic stress and NaCl on physiological processes, water relations of different plant species (tobacco, wheat, tomato etc.).
