Course description:
Digital electronics: application of
basic logic circuits, counters, multiplexers, R-S and J-K master-slave
flip-flops, shift registers. AD/DA converters, digital sampling, characteristics
of linear systems. Analogue circuits: multivibrators, active filters, amplitude
and phase characterisics, Bode diagrams. Optical measurements: refraction
index, Michelson- and Fabry-Perot interferometers, the Zeeman effect. X-ray diffraction of crystals, X- ray fluorescence.
Determination of some fundamental constants: Planck's constant, electron's
specific charge.
