Course description:
Electrical resistance, Ohm's law,
Wheatstone bridge. Determination of the electromotive force of thermopile,
calibration of thermopiles. Measuremennts with the galvanometer. Semiconducting
diodes, transistor characteristics. Silicon photovoltaic elements. Measurement
of the thermal expansion coefficient with Newton's fringes. Thermoelectric
cooling (Peltier-heat pump). The microscope. Wave optical experiments with
He-Ne laser. Spectroscopic measurements.
